Stinky is a very smart, but very mean, little smell scientist and the richest person in the village of Odorville. He speaks only skunk, but understands over 500 other languages.. He loves icky smells and spends all his time inventing gross new ones. He thinks that to become a world famous bad-guy he must reek the Odorville Fair, and tries to do it the same way every year. Stinky built a giant Smellorator, and tries to use it during the Fair – with the help of his hench-mice, Big Leroy, Safecracker Larry, and Dangerous Danny.
Stinky is a master of disguise and he uses this skill
to escape capture. The only thing
